CELEBRATING STORIES: HONORING HISPANIC AUTHORS: ADRIANA MOCCIOLA ‘09

CELEBRATING HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH

October 3, 2024 @ 7:00 - 9:00 PM | Monsignor William Barry Memorial Library

Join us for an evening with alumna Adriana Mocciola '09, an 18-time Emmy award-winning Telemundo and NBC executive producer whose launching her new book, "La periodista que no oye, pero escucha."

“The Journalist Who Doesn’t Hear but Listens”, is Adriana's autobiography in which she recalls every stage of her life, from her childhood in a humble little house in a semi-rural area of Buenos Aires, Argentina, to her experience as an immigrant, sleeping on a mattress on the floor of a tiny apartment in Miami, United States.

This is a story of inspiration, overcoming obstacles, and resilience, including practical advice for anyone who needs a push to step out of their comfort zone and fight for their dreams.
